The returns and refunds policy at Moonlit Naturals is committed to providing high-quality, cruelty-free skincare and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist where possible.


1. Non-Returnable Items

1.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our skincare, wellness, or cosmetic products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. 1.2. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or allergic reactions. Please check the ingredients list carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

2.1. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 2.2. Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage, along with your order number, by emailing us at [Insert Contact Email]. 2.3. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


3. Order Issues & Missing Items

3.1. If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue. 3.2. We may require photos of the packaging and contents to process any claims.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

4.1. Refunds are only issued in cases where products are damaged, defective, or missing from an order. 4.2. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.


5. Cancellations & Order Changes

5.1. Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After this period, we are unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly.
